I obtained my law degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at ELTE in 2016. Prior to the completion of my studies, I had already become mainly interested in Hungarian and international startup culture, as well as the venture capital investment market. In light of this, I voluntarily participated in an internationally backed incubation program alongside my university studies.

After starting my legal practice, I was the head of the transactional and venture capital investment segment in an organization operating with my founding partnership. So far in my career, besides my expertise in corporate structuring and investment matters, I have gained strong expertise in data protection law, real estate transactions, and litigation. During my legal practice, I have acquired extensive experience in providing comprehensive, essentially in-house legal support, as well as general representation for companies operating in various markets. This has given me extensive knowledge in effectively handling legal issues arising in the daily operations of a business. Beyond my classical legal activities, my clients also rely on my participation in the preparation and planning of their business decisions.

With the establishment of Hunya Law Firm, my goal was to provide our clients with personalized legal services that pay full attention to their unique considerations. My primary areas of expertise include corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as the planning and structuring of other investment transactions.
