After completing my law degree, I began my professional career at a BIG4 law firm, where for nearly four and a half years, I was a member of the corporate law group, specializing in general corporate law, domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings and transformations. I also gained significant experience in providing legal advice to both domestic and multinational companies.

Before joining Hunya Law Firm, I participated in numerous venture capital investment transactions and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactions as a lawyer. I also provided legal support to startup companies, assisting them with legal matters arising in their daily operations and in developing their contractual structures. Furthermore, I represent and assist our clients in various other legal areas, including, among others, real estate law, labor law, and intellectual property law.

I obtained my law degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at ELTE in 2017. After passing the bar exam, I continued my legal studies at the Pázmány Péter Catholic University Faculty of Law, where I earned an LL.M. in Economic Law in 2023.
